2021-01: Booker's "Donohoe's Batch" is uncut and unfiltered bourbon was bottled at 125.3 proof - after 6 years, 11 months and 4 days of maturation - and is meant to resemble that legendary stash. It was released as a limited edition in March 2021.
2021-02: Booker's "Tagalong Batch" has a deep rich color from the mid-to-high rackhouse floor locations where these barrels have matured. With pronounced aromas of caramel and vanilla, balanced with the sweet brown wood sugar flavor notes from the charred white oak barrels, this batch carries a bold flavor with a surprisingly clean finish - making you want to come back for another sip.
2021-03: Booker’s "Bardstown Batch" is the best release of 2021 and in my opinion, the best of all Booker’s batches we have enjoyed. Bardstown Batch is dark, with few fruit notes but equally balanced spice, sweet and woody aromas and flavors.
2021-04: Booker’s “Noe Strangers Batch," like all batches of Booker’s Bourbon, Booker’s ‘Noe Strangers Batch‘ was selected by 7th Generation Master Distiller Fred Noe to ensure it upholds the qualities and standards that his dad set for Booker’s Bourbon more than 30 years ago.
